This Limited Warranty provides specific legal rights. You may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
We warrant that during the warranty period, all products and services provided by Elite Kitchen Remodels Plano will be free from defects in materials and workmanship.
We limit the duration and remedies of all implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the duration of this express limited warranty.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you.
Our responsibility for defective products is limited to repair or replacement as described below.
This limited warranty is extended only to the original customer who purchased the product or service. It does not cover any subsequent owners or transferees.
Defects in materials and workmanship of the product.
Coverage is valid for the Warranty Period, starting from the date of purchase.
This warranty does not cover:
Laminate, Rigid Thermafoil (RTF), wood veneers, or wood products for properties inherent to the material such as:
Sun/light exposure effects
Fading over time
Variations in grain or color
Stability in varying temperatures
Damage caused by:
Improper use or handling
Failure to follow product instructions
Modifications or unauthorized repairs
Normal wear and tear
Accidents, abuse, or external factors beyond our control
Coverage begins on the date of purchase.
Duration is dependent on each product’s manufacturer’s warranty.
Warranty is not extended if we repair or replace the product.
Elite Kitchen Remodels Plano may update or change this warranty at our discretion, but changes will not apply retroactively.
If a defect is found during the Warranty Period:
We will contact the product manufacturer and source a replacement free of charge.
Labor costs are not included and will be charged separately.
Obsolete or discontinued products may be replaced by similar current items.

A representative from Elite Kitchen Remodels Plano will visit your home to assess the problem and determine if it is covered under this limited warranty.
The remedies described above are your sole and exclusive remedies.
Our liability cannot exceed the actual amount paid by you for the defective product.
We are not responsible for any consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, whether direct or indirect.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
